Shipping Policy:

Shipping will be processed once the payment is cleared, most of our sales have been shipped within the 24 hours.
No International Shipping
PayPal Confirmed Addresses Only
Items Will be Shipped by Royal Mail, Tracking Number will be provided on request.

Returns Policy:

Fonez4all Will advertise items exactly as they are, however we offer 7 day returns on items found to be faulty or damaged.
If the item is faulty, we'll happily refund excluding postage or exchange it within 7 days. Provided you return it as sold with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. You'll need your order confirmation email to do this.

What can't I return or exchange?
Unlocking Service (unless we rectify and couldn't able to unlock the device).
Handsfree / headsets / Bluetooth headsets (this is for hygiene reasons).
When will I get my refund?
For PayPal refund, We will issue a refund as soon as we receive back the item in original packaging and same state we have sent. Credit card refunds take up to 10 days and cheque refunds can take up to 28 days from when your item arrives back at our shop.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Just pop into our store and bring along your purchase:
You'll need to bring:
Your product in its original condition and packaging.
All the accessories and other content that came with the product.
Proof of purchase.
Any free gifts that came with the product.


Return your product by post:
Give us a call on 01254 689000 to see if you're eligible for a return. If you are, you must send your product to us within 7 days of purchase.
Send us your product by post. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

There will be no refund on wrong IMEI
You must check the IMEI properly before submission

Fonez4All Ltd offers warranty on most of the items, unless stated otherwise

Fonez4All will only be responsible for up to 7 days on all items that carry a 12 month manufacurers Warranty, beyond 7 days it will be the responsibility of the manufacturer.
